Thread: USPLabs Compound 20

I heard that Compound 20 was going to be some kind of insulin spiking/insulin driving compound. Something to help with nutrient partitioning. Though I am not sure if that's accurate now reading some of the threads on USP Labs website and FB page.

USPLabs certainly confirm no need for a post cycle routine with this, so there must be no down regulation of testosterone, or other hormonal manipulation. Which is good for me as an MMA fighter as I need natural only compounds without bad side effects.

USP have confirmed Compound 20 to be stimulant free so you can use it with OxyElite and Jack3d for example, and the testers are reporting great pumps and strength gains.

I think USP have some competition here. Has anyone seen this by ANS...testers on it right now are gaining like 10 - 15lbs naturally, no side effects. We're getting about ten people to log their results here in the UK shortly.

The USPlabs Compound 20 does look like a very good unique product. I have been fortunate enough to run this and gotta say it really does deliver what is stated. It will good to see how the Sovereign does compare to this.

Mick - I heard you were doing some logging and BETA testing for USP for a few years now. That's awesome, and well done. Can you share your results on what exactly and specifically you experienced from USP Labs Compound 20, and were you ever fortunate enough to learn the ingredient profile or matrix contained within Compound 20? did you feel any thermogenic effects, or anything like a nutrient partitioning, possible drop in blood sugar/insulin manipulation?

Andy - Here are a few snippits from a week by week. Not too detailed but enough to have an understanding on what happened. I wasn't that fortunate to get info on the ingredient profile.......

First week

C20 is strange product. Been on it for 3 days only and can't quite explain how i am feeling. Muscles tight yet with fullness, mood and focus up but also with a sensation knowing (can't explain this at the moment)! Works very well when taken with the Yok3d a couple of hours pre-workout. Interesting at the moment.

Second week

1 1/2 weeks on the compound 20 and just want to say i am amazed at how hard i am feeling throughout the whole of the body. Strength has been good as i have been ill last week and back in the gym first time since with good progress and a great workout. Shape is good just need a little bodyfat removing from the waist. Lets see what this will do in the coming weeks!

Third week

Week 3 must be the big kick in point for the C20. Strength, endurance and intensity improved drastically this past week. Able to have some short but very intense workouts and still maintain strength throughout. Recovery and sleep is good too and mood is elevated. Looking a little leaner in the mirror but weighing the same at the moment and feeling fuller in the muscle. Will see how the last week goes and report back but as of now alls looking good with the C20.

Fourth week

Currently finishing off the last of the C20 and i have to say it has been an interesting experience as far as i have been pretty impressed with the strength gains, leaness look in the mirror without loosing any weight. The recovery has been excellent and the sleep has been very good too with a good mood enhancement. One of the most impressing things i have noticed is how full the muscle is feeling all day long and throughout the whole of the 4 weeks running it. I haven't felt anything such as a thermogenic effect but it does seem to have help strip fat without the feeling of being stimulated. It looks like a very good supplement and hope that when it comes to the market it is exactly as tested.

Fantastic detailed report on USP Labs Compound 20 from a very experienced product BETA Tester - Mick. I have seen these comments echoes through the internet, especially on the USPLabs forum. It would be nice for someone to throw their suggestions about on what maybe contained within this unique product.

Usually the smell of the tabs gives a little detail away but i haven't smelt anything like them before to be honest.

Yeah, yeah, I heard that people can sometimes get a hint of the ingredient profile from smell. But hell, that must be some serious nasal science going on there. When you say you haven't smelt anything like them before...are they like a serious chemical smell?

Would you say that the compound20 is something that will change the sports nutrition industry? I know when they released Jack3d everything in the pre workout world changed. And they've been on top of their game for sometime in the USA.

I heard some rumours from ANS (adrenaline nutrition supplements) that they have some major news to break, which maybe sky rocketing them to the heights that USP Labs seem to have climbed to rapidly. Heard anything about this anyone?

I wouldn't say it was a chemical smell, it is quite a low odour to be honest. I would say with the name Compound 20 that there are a few ingredients in the supplement. But then again Jacob is quite a canny guy and likes to throw a curve ball every now and then. I don't know whether it will be as industry changing as the Jack3d was but it sure will open up some peoples eyes for sure. Jacob is a very good marketeer and really does know how to sell a product even when he gets a lot of criticism over his products. The amount of haters USPlabs seems to have is in abundance but you will find a lot of them either work for other companies or just jump on the band wagon and follow along even when they haven't used his products. This doesn't seem to bother jacob at all and i admire him for his stance and the way he has changed from when i first spoke to him. I think originally he was in it for a fast 'buck' so to speak but has really changed his way of thinking and has come round to giving the consumer value for money and some very unique products.

Since Andy spoke to me about ANS i have ben having a little read about them and yes i think they will become innovative and start to blossom in this industry for sure.
