    Thoughts and Feelings :

Ok! First impressions of the deisgn work. Like to the colouring of the label and the back artwork with the skulls! Something that people would look at and then take a second look/double take if on a shelf.
Ingredient profile is interesting and has a couple of unique ones in there that i haven't used in any supps before especially the G-B-B ethyl Ester.

First dose taken 30-40 minutes before gym workout.
Whilst driving to the gym i noticed the product start to kick in, this must have been around 20 minutes after taking it. Mild feeling of awarness and focus.
Started my workout and slowley felt a good feeling of motivation and good focus start to get better throughout the workout. I found i was focusing on the quads more than normal when squatting which allowed me to drive a bit harder i think. Maybe placebo at the moment but we will see as we go into other workouts.
Energy wise this seemed to be slowley improving the further into the workout i went. The was no rush of energy like some other pre-workouts give that have a similar amount of Caffiene in as the FURY and i am usually a little jittery with anything over 200mg of Caffiene in. This was not the case today, it was slow build up without jitters, a nice smooth build up i'd say. I could feel the pump building up through the workout too. I usually get a good pump though but i think the extra drive allowed to push harder and so give the extra tweak on the pump within my Quads.
Overall workout was good and felt great throughout, but i do anyway... . At the moment the main things felt where heightened focus and better motivation. i am still feeling good and will let you know if there is any crash later in the day like some other pre-workouts can give.

Tomorrow is Arm day and so expecting a great pump throughout the Bicep and Tricep area. Like i said i usually get a good pump especially on arm day so lets see if i the FURY can give me a pump that hurts!!!

Fitness tip of the Day :

Exercise is not enough. You must also include healthy eating habits! Stick to the following tips for a healthier diet.

    * Avoid hydrogenated fats and oils.
    * Don't overcook foods - it reduces the nutrients
    * Try to include raw fruits or vegetables at every meal
    * Relax when you are eating and eat slowly. This will help with digestion and the absorption of nutrients
    * Try to limit your meat consumption to the very leanest cuts

Just want to update on how i am feeling later in the day. There are no feelings of crashing at all from the FURY and actually still feel good. The only thing more noticable is thirst is up, could be a one off but will monitor this as i go.

Good feedback. Are you consuming a lot more water than normal? Or keeping it as you normally would do?

I am currently using the same amount as before as i wanted everything to be the same as before to get a good grounding of the product. I will probably increase my fluids if the same tomorrow whilst using the FURY.

How often are you going to be using the FURY. Are you training every day? Be interesting to see how quickly you adapt to the product. Usually with a pre workout, even a good one, within like 2 - 3 weeks, my body adapts and it's no use after that.

I will be using it on gym days and when i am not in the gym i will give it a go before any cardio sessions so i could be looking at running this 4-5 times a week.

Yeah yeah exactly. 4 - 5 times a week that's pretty comparable to me on good weeks. Bad weeks I only make it 3 times a week to the gym, but often work is too hectic and any more I feel I'd burn out and over train. Keep us posted Mick, you sound like a knowledgeable guy. Looks like youve logged your share of products so know what you're talking about.
