Hi Richie, welcome to the forum. Looking forward to reading ur log. Im one of the BioPrime testers too, so I will be starting a log soon.
Hi, I am new to the forum having been kindly introduced by Andrew from Physique.
I am also one of the lucky testers of the new product from Physique Conditioning known as BIOPRIME. For those of you that are not aware of the product here is a brief overview;
BIOPRIME is essential an anti-catabolic / anabolic hormone support formula designed to accelerate protein synthesis and increase testosterone via 3 mechanisms and ingredients
1) Supressing muscular catabolism and increasing protein synthesis through the use of tried and tested [/B]HMB 2000mg daily
2) Increasing endogenous testosterone levels by suppressing the catabolic hormone cortisol - which is normally elevated following intense training. This is achieved by the ingrediant Phosphatidylserine 600 mg daily The effect of suppressing cortisol has a double benefit as it not only enhances post exercise muscle recovery but also allows an increase in available testosterone - improving the cortisol/testosterone ratio.
3) The last ingredients are L-Carnitine and L-Tartrate known to enhance muscle metabolism and recovery
So having just finished a very short cycle (2 weeks) of EPI - I felt that I probably didn't suffer from too much endogenous testosterone shut down but didn't want to take any chances so this seemed like an ideal and slightly old school alternative to a lot of the PCT test boosters currently available.
Day 3 on BIOPRIME and my muscles have taken on a different, slightly harder quality - this may be in part due to a loss of water from the EPI although it is supposed to be a "dry" PH. I
I am so far pleased with the effects - although it very early days - I will however be posting each week on the forum my progress whilst testing BIOPRIME.
Once again thank you Andy for the free trial!
Richie
Hi Richie, welcome to the forum. Looking forward to reading ur log. Im one of the BioPrime testers too, so I will be starting a log soon.
Welcome to the forum Richie. Good to have you on here, and it's great to get some early feedback. I'm also noticing a good effect from the BioPrime myself, after using it for just over a week, the biggest impact for me is the resultant reduction in DOMS following heavy workouts. I'm currently making fantastic gains on the Klosey NMA protocol and my strength is shooting upwards each workout, and I'm now kitten when it comes to heavy lifting. So all round pleasing results.
Keep us posted and good luck with the gains. I assume you're approach is for lean, dry, solid functional muscle keeping it lean, lean, lean yes?

Hi Diamond Dave,
Thanks for your welcome. Yes I am after lean, dry, quality muscle gains, ideally without any puffiness or bloat. I have tried several natural test boosters in the past and not been that impressed. I like the Bioprime formula and Im intrigued to see the results. I do have some Triazole ready to go - but have put that on hold for now as I didn't want to confuse the effects of Bioprime as a stand alone product. Will keep you posted.
Hi Baz,
Cheers for welcome! Also looking forward to sharing progress with you too. Keep you posted!
Thanks Hierbi!
I think its the only way to be absolutely certain of the effects the product being tested. Watch this space!!
Think Im going to give the Klosey NMA principles a go myself - although my own workout combines lots of compound moves and short rest intervals see below:
Deadlifts
Chin-ups
Press-ups or dumbell presses
Inverted Rows
Single arm clean and press
Dips superseted with Curls
Hi Richie and welcome. I will be following to see how the Bio Prime works for you and also with more interest to see the results from the NMA principles.
I am also running Bio-Prime but stacking it with Alpha One.![]()
