Agreed with Hierbi on the purest logging theory. Though I think BioPrime will not produce legendary immediate results myself (I may be proved wrong) though I do think it can be used as a catalyst and adjunct to other compounds such as Alpha One to assess whether it will produce a better response.

I sure love press ups. Weighted with legs raised. Muscle Ups. Pull Ups and Chins. Are all on my favourite exercise list.

Chins/pullups are awesome, but for me when it comes to stimulating chest growth pushups (weighted or otherwise) are bottom of my list.......dips and incline press firmly at the top.

I shall meet you half way. There is nothing better than doing DIPS with 50kg or so dangling between your legs (and then as well if you have a dipping belt you can add some weight to that also lol)

You sayin you got balls like spacehoppers?

I used to be able to push some real weight on dips , but after doing in my rotator cuff i cant get close anymore.

Loving weighted dips at the moment, still got them as my primary chest move before any sort of pressing! not sure if they are bringing on my pecs yet but i am afraid to push them further down the workout as i am adding weight on a weekly basis!

Weighted dips for me are the KING for chest. With the added bonus for tricep development. I believe that personally, I bench press with my delts primarily. I can't get the movement any other way (I think I am structured skewed up or something) but when I watch pro bodybuilders benching, I simply don't look the same. It's all from the delts and triceps no matter how I place my hands and position the bar in the move. So for me, nothing has worked more efficiently for chest and triceps growth than weighted dips.

How's Richie getting on with the BioPrime?

    Hey Guys,

I've had a bad training week so far ....been so busy with work I have had to sacrifice two workouts so not very happy thus far. Having said that Im not looking in bad shape so perhaps a couple of extra days plus the Bioprime has led to a fuller recovery!?

Will get back on the training asap - and will definately look at adding some more weight to my weighted Dips now!!!

Hey Mick and co. Trained today having had several days off - but continued to use Bioprime and I have to say that I feel this product is starting to take effect as a stand alone supplement. I felt stronger and my muscles felt fuller .......without feeling "puffy". My definition is still remains - unlike with other test boosters I have previously tried. Its early days still but I am pleased with results so far and Bioprime does not seem to have any unpleasant side effects that I have noticed. Will keep you posted.

Oh yeah for sure. There certainly is very little, if any, risk involved with any form of side effects from the BioPrime product. I'm noticing a very good recovery rate following sessions, an increase in strength, and a serious reduction in DOMS which is absolutely fantastic.

    Hi Guys.
Quick update on Bioprime Log. Im now convinced that Bioprime is an excellent stand alone product. Not even halfway through the course yet but my physique has definately improved and best of all no unpleasant side effects. My muscles are feeling fuller but also harder - in fact one of the PT's at the gym commented on how ripped I was looking this morning. Bioprime seems to add quality lean, dry gains which is exactly what Im looking for rather than enormous "wet" mass gains that I know some of you guys on the forum are looking for. Of course hard training is important if your after that athletic spartan look ....not forgetting the cardio!! So far I rate this product very highly but will keep you all posted.
