Bio Prime and TITAN (Alpha One) Stack

BioPrime and TITAN stack

Thanks to all at Physique Conditioning, ANS and to Andy for the products to log. I have received 1 bottle of Bio Prime and 1 bottle of TITAN (soon to be renamed as Alpha One).

The Bio Prime i will be starting tomorrow and dosing at 2 capsules twice daily (30 days supply) and the TITAN i will start in a round a weeks time as there is enough to run 20 days at 1 capsule 3 times daily (as suggested by Chad). This will also allow me to get a feel for the Bio Prime before adding in the TITAN too.

The Bio Prime states it is a test booster but imo it is more of an anti-catabolic supplement than really raising test.

Bio Prime ingredients are:

Per 4 capsules is as follows:

HmB - 2000mg
Phosphatidylserine – 600mg
L-Carnitine L-Tartate – 800mg

The HMB should help prevent muscle breakdown and is the primary ingredient within the formula. This is complimented by Phosphatidylserine and L-Carnitine L-Tartate. The Phosphatidylserine has been shown to speed up recovery whilst preventing musle soreness and also improves overall well being. It is also suggested that it can help with exercise induced stress and blunts the exercise induced cortisol levels at doses of only 400mg.
The L-Carnitine L-Tartate is also a good ingredient to aid in muscle recovery. It helps turn fat into energy and helps restore depleted muscles after strenuous exercising.

So like i said IMO it is more for preventing catabolism rather than increasing test levels.

The TITAN i cannot divulge too much as this is a new product from ANS and Chad doesn't want details releasing as of yet. What i can say is it increases protein synthesis, carbohydrate metabolism and much more so i will be increasing my protein and carbohydrate intake significantley to benefit fully from it. If Chad gives me anymore info that i can let you know about then i will report it within this log.

I am hoping that these two supplements will compliment each other very well and should see some good results in my training sessions and also in lean mass over the coming month.

I will try and give as much detail on my training, nutrition and also any changes in feelings, shape and such that come.

Thanks Andy. From what i can gather about TITAN it works to enhance nutrient partitioning along with other benefits far better than anything that is in the market today. I am looking forward to seeing what this stack can do very much so.
Can't wait to hear more info from Chad regarding the TITAN too.

I will be in on the Bio Prime testing as well. I will be writing up my final thoughts tonight on my FURY log in preparation for trying out something else. I'll also be logging on the TRANSFORM product from ANS. Hoping to get the items in the mail tommorow or Tuesday!

I think this is going to be a lot of muscle built PRE christmas. I know the guys at BIOPRIME are interested to see how their anticatabolic formula works synergisticaly with a natural anabolic, so the HGH Sovereign product and Alpha One (formerly TITAN) will be a pretty damn good log to follow. I'm subscribed.

Ha, its a shame we dont know more about the Alpha One product. If you gain 2 stone before christmas Mick, I want in! lol

Alpha One is certainly under wraps, though I do believe it is something like COMPOUND 20, and in theory should be extremely effective. I'm looking forward to seeing the real world results, and I know Mick's writeups and logs are always exceptional in content and depth.
