Here is my final review of the Bio-Prime/Alpha-One stack. I haven't updated the last few workouts due to time constraints with tests and doctor visits but still managed to get my workouts in and done. I am still having some tests and scans done over the next few weeks to find out what is causing my issue.
Anyway back to the stack -
Gains made -
Bodyweight - up by 6lbs by the end of the stack
Body composition - A more rounded look in the mirror with a little body fat gained around the waist (probably due to the big increase in Carbs whilst running the AO)
Increases in strength and size seen on a week by week basis.
Arms - 1/4 inch gain
Chest - nearly 1/2 inch gain
Shoulders - 1/2 inch gain
Thigh - 1/2 inch gain
Calve - nearly 1/4 inch gain
Waist - 1/2 inch gain
The Alpha One is a very good supplement for anyone who is wanting to gain some size, body weight and strength. I personally would use this only on a bulk as the need to increase the carbs is a must to get the best out of this product and reduce lethargy. My strength increased in every workout throughout the run and was very pleased with the results in the gym. An all day fullness was felt too but could be due to the big increase of carbs ingested throughout the day!
If this is an all out Nutrient Partitioner then i would like to see this run with a good test booster/anabolic product for maximum gains.
The Bio-Prime i wouldn't actually call a test booster as such but more of an anti-catabolic agent to which it was very good at. My DOM's seemed more intense the day after my workouts, probably due to the extra pushing in the gym, but seemed to subside a lot quicker than i have normally felt. This product seemd to enhance recovery and worked well with the Alpha One. I think this would be a great product to stack with any anabolic booster to keep the body in a state of anabolism/anti-catabolism and so continue to build muscle and if done correctly would be good lean gains.
The stack of these two products gave me what i wanted from it and was very pleased with the end results. Thankyou to Andy and the companies concerned for giving me the oppertunity to run the stack and look forward to seeing what these two can bring further to the industry.
I will be continuing my training but with a reduced intensity at the moment and also will look to keeping some gains whilst reducing my body fat over the next few months. Thankyou all for following and hope you all have a great New Year!
