    Default Baz's BioPrime log

I wont go into what BioPrime is, because it's already been covered.
Been on the product now for 4 days, running it with Tauro Test and Super Cissus, should see some interesting results. Preworkout drink at the moment is DS Craze.
Will see tomorrow if I have less DOMS than I usually have after working my chest and tris. I did notice this morning that I have lost a pound in weight without any other changes in my diet, so fat may be being used as fuel? Will monitor the weight and my visual appearance.
I did notice in the formula that the strength of L Carnitine appeared to be a little low compared to the amount used in scientific studies.

Thank you for the update Barry. I have been watching your CRAZE reviews on Facebook and can see this works well for you in general but not late at night. The over stimulation of the central nervous system, which keeps you awake is probably down to the high stimulants in the CRAZE, and not kept in check, will be raining cortisol levels and making you potentially strip away muscle. Though that's where the BIOPRIME should really come into it's own and reduce that catabolic stress hormone. With regular consistent use, esepcially with Super Cissus I would anticipate a good recomposition of your body - so fat loss and muscle gain. Just keep a check on the over stimulation.

You're also training harder and longer from your FB status updates I see - so bear that in mind for extra calorie burn and muscle trauma.

Good points there Andrew. Ive been on stim based pre-workouts now for about 8 months, so im considering Omega Sports' Ultima.
Got mega DOMS today in chest and tris, so I don't think the BioPrime has kicked in yet. I also think my cortisol levels have soared owing to an even more stressful day at work.

I have noticed sore joints with anti estrogen based products. Anything that reduces estrogen has always done that to me. And to be honest, a lot of the drier anabolic and less androgenic PH's have dried my joints out to the point of serious pain and ceassation of use.

Super Cissus is good. I read about the many benefits of Cissus awhile back for joints, and recently revisited it to find it seems to be a new highly sought after natural anabolic as well.

Never used any PH's etc but used anti cort supps primarilly for cutting and had to cease due to really dry joints...cissus is fantastic though, i used mega cissus a few years back and it really helped with a shoulder injury.

Hmmmm very interesting comments to note. I'm a big believer these days in Cissus and am using it regular. I have this niggly knee thing still and it certainly most def helps.

I hope the BioPrime is good for anti stress cortisol counteraction as I've been VERY stressed these last two weeks. Feeling better today. Not entirely sure what's made the difference?

Cissus is an great product, especially supercissus. I have found SC to be better for joints than the others that are of a higher %. I have read somewhere that the higher the % extract the more it takes away from the joint aid effect. Also i use SC by USplabs as they have the patent on the extraction of the ketones/ketosteroids that seem to help with joint aid.
