I have a few thoughts on this, but I can't contribute to the article as I'm currently at work on my phone (For some reason I can reply to threads on my phone, but not an article!), but as soon as I get on a PC I'l put my two cents worth in.
We have debated over the necessity for whey protein for years, but as this product becomes the most popular sports supplement available I think we need more information on what whey is, with an explanation of its various forms. I have written an article on the forum: Whey protein: The Debate and would appreciate any feedback you guys have to offer. Ideally, we will provide all the information needed for any body looking into which whey is best for them.

Success is the accumulation of many seemingly ordinary efforts, that together over time, can be something great. Every meal, every training session, every nights rest, it all adds up.

Whey protein is the best for bodybuilding because it gives optimal amino acid ratios, is fast to absorb, improves your growth factors and immunity, and is generally well tolerated by all being naturally low in lactose. That's what I understand about whey anyway.
Great stuff, I look forward to seeing your feedback and impressions. It may be worth the site administrators looking into adding an ability to add comments onto articles for phones? Any advice on this Guys

You raise an interesting point, I wonder how many consumers switch protein shakes for whole foods completely? Whilst from a strictly nutritional stand point there is no immediate reason to avoid this practice, most Personal Trainers would advise using foods where possible. In relation to the article, personally I always spend the extra few £££ on getting a higher quality whey isolate and believe you would see better results due to the lowered quantities of saturated fats resultant from heat processing. Good article though Physique-Solutions. Im sure many will benefit from this knowledge.
