Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250mg 417%
The complete affects of Vitamin C on the human body are a consistent matter of debate, but we do know the following. Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant, but many of us will already be consuming our RDA on Vit C. Mega dosing has been shown to offer benefits to sufferers of the common cold, scurvy etc, but I have found no evidence to suggest the vitamin will have any beneficial properties to a pre-workout formula. Thoughts below?
Klnesis™ Proprietary Blend: 4,580 mg *
Trimethylglycine (Betaine Anhydrous)
Trimethyglycine or Betaine Anhydrous, is an important vitamin derived from choline. This dietary component found in protein and fat-containing foods adds structural integrity to cell membranes. Trimethylglycine's main role is supporting healthy homocysteine levels, a potentially toxic substance created from meat consumption.
Creatine Monohydrate
There are other posts on this forum which fully explain creatine monohydrate, but as a brief overview the compound assists in the production of Adenosine Tri-phospate, the body energy source for Anaerobic exercise. Increased Creatine has been shown to increase strength during anaerobic training, but the results have been heavily debated over for years.
L-Citrulline
Citrulline is a by-product of Arganine and is oxidized into Nitric Oxide, the compound famously known for offering intense 'Pumps'.
Dendrobex™

Dendrobium Extract

Dendrobine
an antagonist of beta-alanine, taurine and of presynaptic inhibition.
Dendroxine
Unable to find any information referencing benefits to exercise. Happy to be corrected.
Dendramine
Some forums have discussed this as an alternative to 1,3 Dimethylalamine, but again, I can find no relevant research. Some research points towards an anti-anti-cholinergic. What do you guys think?
B-Phenylethylamine, N,N-Dimethyl-B-Phenylethylamince, N,N-Diethyl-B-Phenylethylamine, B-Phenylethylamine HCL
This is a Natural-Monoanime-Alkaloid and is well known for its psychoactive and stimulant qualities. It may also improve mood and weight loss. Finally, we seem to be getting t a relevant compound. May be an alternative to 1,3 Dim?
Citramine™

Citrus reticulata extract
Aids digestion.
N-Methyltyramine
known to increase plasma and myocardial cGMP and cAMP levels and increase insulin secretion whilst decreasing blood sugar levels
Caffeine anhydrous
Caffeine, known for increasing energy levels and psychological stimulus.
I am happy t be corrected on any of the above and would be fascinated to hear any input.
