Thread: Best Sports Supplements

Good post, however, this doesn't actually bullet point what are the true best supplements to buy for price and effectiveness. Does anyone want to share their opinion on what they actually believe to be the most effective supplements out there?

I don't mind people hijacking the odd thread here and there to promote their brand/product or website dude, but at least contribute some bloody content mate...

Without talking about the staples (Protein, Creatine, vitamins, fish oils etc) Then :

Best test boosters i have used are Fusion bodybuilding's ZEUS and more recently Anabolic Designs Tauro-Test. Add in Anabolic Designs BULLK and you got a really great combo.
Best preworkouts have been AEN's PreSurge, USPlabs Jack3d and Anabolic Designs Stampede.
Best Intraworkout product is AEN's IntrAbolic.
Best joint addition i use is USPlabs SuperCissus.
Best fatburners have been USPlabs OEP, Fusion bodybuilding's SUB-Q and Anabolic Designs ShredaBull.
Best appetite enhancer is Anabolic Designs Ravenous.

For me the supplements that are giving me the best results are
Test Booster- Anabolic Designs Tauro Test and Bulkk
Preworkout Super Pump from Gaspari
Intra Workout Size On Gaspari
Protein Powder Myofusion Gaspari
Casein Protein Dymatize Elite Gourmet
Fat Burner Hydroxicut
These are all supplements that i have used and gotten results from this upcoming week i will also add Ravenous from Anabolic Designs.

Andre, what a fantastic combination of supplements my friend. I would have to agree on every single one of these. Though I personally didn't like Hydroxycut, and without wanting to sound like I am a stalker of Anabolic Designs or something like that...I truly LOVE SHREDABULL as a fat burner. It can't be beaten.

What have you gained from the BULLK and Tauro Test? did you stack them? did you use the one with nmDAA in?

Without wanting to sound too much of an Anabolic Designs pusher, Shredabull really is an awesome fat burner, particularly when stacked with Taurotest and Bullk. Ive never been a fan of Hydroxycut.

Where the heck are you getting AEN from out of interest?

SuperCissus!! Yes, this is excellent from USP Labs. Use it intensely for fat burning instead of joints after reading Tim Ferris 4 Hour Body...

Yeah, that's good. More better saying, it depends on the needs and requirements of your body that
do it against some workout. So, I think, to choose a brand is more difficult rather a supplement.

I like the suggestions of both, Andre & Mickfootee. Both have given a good list of supplements. To choose a brand is really a difficult task rather than a supplement, as there are numerous brands available in the market today and it's very hard to trust a single one.
