OK, everytime I prepare for contest, the diet I find completely easy. It's possible to get right down to minimal bodyfat for me without much effort. Now I totally struggle maintaining that leaness, whilst carbing up. I either remain stringy and flat, or become smooth and bloated no matter what I try. What methods are you all using, and how are you dialling in the results...or is it all just instinct and practice for all of you?
