1/2 cup frozen mixed berries or whatever your favorite berries are
1/2-1 banana
(optional) 1/2 orange or tangerine (remove seeds of course)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 cup whole vanilla soymilk or any other kind of milk (but the vanilla adds a bit)
1 scoop whey protein
(optional) 1 tsp honey
Mix to the desired consistency (order of mix doesn't matter)

It is really enriched with protein and it is fantastic and the way it looks great and i liked the recipe as it sounds easy and not difficult. Banana is my favorite fruit and it contributed a lot in this one.

Nice one, can I take it as a weight gain supplement. Actually, I'm loosing my weight chronologically.
and I'm much concerned about my diet.
