What does this taste like? It must've been yummy because banana is present and it is a strong shake because of the protein content. I will try this one of these days.
You must have:
1) 30g Protein Powder (plain or vanilla),
2) banana1 medium to large banana,
3) 8 oz. light Soy Milk,
4) 1 TBSP Linseed, Soy and Almond Mixture,
5) 1 tsp Golden Syrup,
6) Few drops vanilla essence/extract,
7) 3-4 cubes ice,
8) 1 TBSP low fat natural yogurt (optional).
Throw all ingredients into the blender for several minutes. This is a solid filling shake with zero fat and plenty of energy. Great as a meal replacement or after workout. Enjoy!

Jacqs, where can we purchase a protein powder? Are all recipes have a protein powder included?
You can purchase it online. There are many sites who sell protein powder. All you have to do is google it.
Research has shown that ingesting protein powder every day can boost immune system health, facilitate the healing of wounds after surgery or injury, and promote healthy skin — in addition to fostering muscle strength and development. A human body needs protein daily because that is what muscles and tissues are built from, and there is no place where the body can store extra protein.![]()

Sure tastes good. Does anyone ever add any Almond Oil to their shakes?
Banana in itself is a fiber junction.
Adding some supplements makes it more value able.
