    Default Banana Bread Shake

    You must have:

    1) 2 scoops Whey Protein
    2) 1 Banana
    3) 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
    4) 3/4 Cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes
    5) 1 Bottle of Water
    6) Sugar, Brown Sugar or Artificial Sweetener to taste

    Blend and enjoy the shake!

    Is there some alternate for whey protein?
    Actually, I'm allergic of it. Please share some suggestions.

    What's wrong with whey protein. k, I gonna to tell you another thing, as alternative of whey protein.
    Just take 3 bananas, one cup yogurt and bit sugar. Mix them with each other.
    Try it, its natural and effective enough.
