    Hi

    I am new to this spot. Lots of individuals have added so many good things here. Please accept my little contribution towards community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you want to know how to lose 10 pounds in a week, you are likely not seeing for a common dieting and workout plan. You can lose weight with a standard diet and workout plan, Still this requires a lot of time doing intense cardio works out and sticking with a strict diet. Here I will draft the perfect steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a workweek.

    1. Keep Distance from all deep-fried nutrients for the week
    2. Drink In an 8oz glass of grapefruit with breakfast each day. (this speeds up up your metabolism)
    3. Consume limited portions (stop consuming when you are full)
    4. Instead of eating 3 big a meals a day, take 5-6 small meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
    5. Do not eat anything after 9pm. Calories do not burn, when you eat so late.
    6. Get plenty of sleep every night. Not taking plenty rest causes been proved to be a leading factor to the body storing excess fat.
    7. Use a body/colon clean for the 7 days. This will get rid of excessive fat stored around the tummy area as well as cleanse your body of harmfull pollutants that makes you store fat and feel tired. Flush away excess pounds around the stomach area that otherwise would be hard to lose.

    Whoa! Your link is very good in advising how to lose 10 pounds as quickly as possible. Have you personally tried all of it? I know it is very effective as long as you learn and live with it. Our thanks for sharing such a wonderful information for all of us.

    I still happen to forget that I need to lose the fats in my tummy whenever I see a yummy food. I tend to forget everything about my plans. I really need to discipline more of myself.

    Hi there i read in your tips page and it says at a point that you should drink water after waking up but days ago i was watching in news that drs now figured it's not healthy at all and doing this weaken your brain cells. So just go with a proper healthy diet.

    Drinking water upon waking actually weakens your brain cells huh? Wow, I never knew that. Wow, I must be real stupid then. Maybe I should have a coca cola instead? Or should I stick to a coffee upon waking?

    I have to admit, I never read the tips page, as I am pretty sure it's been posting here to just sell some gimmick, but guys, come on, water is essential to your health. We need water every day. And I doubt very much that one of the primary essential nutrients we need - water - is going to harm our brain cells.

    Great tips to lose weight effectively. Some more tips to lose weight are:
    Prefer raw food over processed food,
    Avoid soda, beverages and packet juices,
    Drink green tea daily,
    Be consistent in exercises.

    Absolutely. Simple tips but hugely effective. Consistency beats spurts of intensity every time. And raw, fresh food, avoiding processed and packet foods is the best tip for health and a healthy weight you can every really take on board. If it's been man made or processed by man, chances are it ain't going to be good for you.

    Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
    Take low card diet
    Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
    Drink plenty of water in a day
    Make regular exercise plan.

    You covered it all! But weight loss by no means is easy. You got to put in the effort and be patient with it. Many people give up too soon.
