    Monster Sup

    I recently read an article online named Monster Sup, designed to offer sports supplement advice to surfers. Apparently a Monster Sup is a form of surf board (Stand Up Paddleboard), and the thread of the article was designed to offer supplement advice to surfers looking to attain a Monster Sup. This may seem tenuous but I though I would offer my advice on sports supplements for surfer looking to achieve a monster sup.

    The most relevant sports supplements to surfer appear to be protein shakes (or protein products) which will allow for faster recovery following an intense surfing session (I have surfed a dozen times myself and can attest to it being a tough workout). Surfers could also benefit from the use of pre-workout formulas to give more energy whilst surfing. It is doubtful that the 'pumps' given to Monster Sup would make pumping formulas useful, but physical stimulants such as jack3d or Rampage could certainly give an improvement on energy levels.

    Are you a surfer? Do you have further advise on which sports supplements surfers should be using to up their game? Are you a professional who prides himself on knowing the best supplement for any session. Reply to the thread, wewould love to know more about how you would achieve a monster sup.
