I was lucky enough to be selected as a tester for Physical Edge FURY by the guys here and can't thank you guys enough for helping me reach my goals.

I received it today and had a couple of capsules, prior to heading to heading to an impromptu gym session. I don't usually train at night however I wanted to see the effect that FURY would have.

I must admit that I was skeptical about the fact that the pre workout was coming in a capsule format, however it is a nice chance rather than mixing drinks all the time. As I said above, I consumed the product about 30 minutes before my gym session tonight which consisted of the following:

5x5 strongman routine - Deadlifts, Bench, Squats @ 50KG
Calf Raises to failure @ 100KG
Leg Press to failure @ 100KG
Leg Extensions @ 75KG
30 minute ABS blast

I honestly felt as if I breezed through the workout. The feeling I was getting was a complete mental focus as if I so tuned into the workout and ready to lift any weight put in front of me. I didn't have the jittery feeling that some pre-workout's give. The next proper session I can have will be Friday, which I'll definetly focus on raising the weight levels to really see what I can push it to. I will also have a HIIT session on Friday so i'll report back on the effects of the FURY on this tough session.

This is just my initial thoughts, very impressed so far!

Thanks,
Pete

I'm liking your training regime on this Pete, and feedback on the FURY is positive. A few others have mentioned major dehydration, how are you finding that? Any crash or come down on this?

Yeah, great training regime Pete. I would imagine you need a good post workout product to get through something like this I look forward to seeing how Physical Edge Fury performs under your other training regimes. In the mean time, nice blog buddy.

Just back on to update on the questions above.

@ PharmaFreak - I certainly didn't feel dehydrated last night after my first dose of FURY. I would say however that I had a slight headache after my session. I did not experience any crash of any sort. In relation to the headache, I'll be training again tommorow so I will have the opportunity to establish whether or not it was just coincidence.

I'll certainly have a good at a strenuous HIIT session tommorow along with my usual strongman routine. I'll be back on tommorow to update how that goes.

    Thank,
    Pete

    Hello there,

Back on to review how I felt after my session today. As I said previously, I decided to raise the dosage to four to assess my tolerance. I consumed four capsules about 30 minutes prior to my session. Once again, I did not get the classic jittery feeling of some pre workouts give. When I was walking into the gym, I felt as if I could do anything, lift any weight and run for as long as I wanted. I'm not really sure how Physical Edge have come up with such a blend, but it is certainly working for me in my initial tests.

Given the fact that my fellow FURY testers have felt some dehydration, I consumed a bit more water than usual just to be on the safe side. As per my previous reports, I had a headache after my first session and this may have been linked to the dehydration. I haven't experienced one today, hopefully the water consumption has sorted that.

As I had planned, I went straight into my HIIT session which consisted of

5 mins at 6 mph warm up
10 minutes of sprints at 12 mph 30 sec split
    5 mins at 7 mph
10 minutes of hill sprints at 8 mph 30 sec split

I felt as if I absolutely flew through it. I could have kept going all day, however I had plans for the session so I had to come off the treadmill I went straight into some 5x5 strongman exercises that I tend to do each time I train, to vary things up and kid myself on that I am strong.

    60KG Squats
    80KG Deadlifts
    65KG Bench Press

I felt as if I could have pushed it to the limit with the above exercises. I did add another couple of KG on the deadlifts just to assess how far I could go. I managed to push out another 10KG, but only for one repetition. I didn't want to be too bold about it and injure myself. The squats were very tough as I had been boxing last night and was feeling the effects.

I went straight into some arm work shortly after concentrating on some concentrated curls with some lights weights. I always feel that I get really good results from this exercise. I then managed to get my hands on the gym's only EZ curl bar and did some curls to failure. I just felt as if I could continue working, at any pace so I decided to have a further HIIT session, since it was a Friday! I have a 15 minute hill sprint session on a 30/30 split. Blasted through it before a good abs session and home for some wonderful healthy oats!

I am mightily impressed by the FURY and will continue to log and review my thoughts, even though they must seem to readers that they are inane ramblings. Either tommorow or Sunday, I'll be back with my thoughts after a chest session.

    Thanks,
    Pete

    Adrenalinhunter,

I believe the product is for sale at the moment, however I am taking part in a product test of it just now.

Sorry Pete, only just spotted your blog and review of Fury. Sounds as if we are all finding it amazing. I upped my dose to 5 caps today and was well impressed.

I got one of the sample packs that are on offer and was seriously impressed after trying it. I was more surprised with the pump effect though, seriously intense! Stimulants are always pretty potent in a product like this so that was expected but like isaid the pump was mega. Better than most drinks out there... I will 100% be buying this as i am sick of drinking something every hour or so!

    Hello there,

I trained a couple of times over the weekend. On my Saturday session, I used the top dosage of FURY and on Sunday I decided to use another pre-workout supplement with the intention of sticking to the same workout. This would allow a direct comparison between both, certainly on a personal level to see which one was being the most effective.

As you will probably see from the previous posts I have made here, I do like a bit of HIIT cardio and have started to do a couple of 15 minute blocks each time I train, with a 30sec/30sec sprint/rest periods. This is partly due to the fact that I competed in a cross training event last week and completely gassed on the treadmill (the second last stage).

I tried to keep both session the same as much as possible but they were as follows:

15 mins treadmill @ Top incline and 9 MPH for 30/30 split
    Seated Calf Raises @ 80KG - 60 Reps
    Leg Extensions @ 70 KG - 60 Reps
Standing Calf Raises @ 100 KG - 60 Reps (Smith Machine)

    5x5 program

    80KG deadlifts
    60KG bench press
    60KG squats

Then back to the HIIT treadmill before finishing off with a good Abs workout. I always finish training with an abs session.

I had several other exercises thrown in however the main body of the workout was focused on the above. I'm going to be brutally honest here. I felt as if I could push myself ALOT more when I was training under the FURY rather than the other brand. I purposely trained legs and went to try the treadmill again to see what sort of reaction my body would produce. I felt that I could have continued the HIIT session on Sunday with no problem whatsoever.

It is hard to describe the complete mental focus that the FURY gives. I also felt that I was completely focused on finishing the workout and making sure it was completed correctly instead of cutting corners and maybe missing a sprint here and there. I tend to feel the effects just as I start to train as I have been following the instructions given on the packaging. I must admit I have felt as slight pump however who needs this to be anymore than that when your tuned in and ready to train!

It's certainly a new and exciting pre workout that I'm delighted to be trialling.

    Thanks,
    Pete

I'll keep this update to a minimum as during the previous posts I have tended to concentrate on what workout I was doing instead of the actual effects of the product.

I had another early gym session today, however I had a terrible sleep last night so I was interested to see what effect the FURY would have, given the fact I'd had a restless night. I was doing a bit of reading yesterday about changing up my workout and shocking the muscles so I completely changed my rep ranges and weight today.

I took the FURY half an hour before my session with a gulp of a cheap supermarket red bull equivalent. I started to feel the effect shortly after and the sessions went exactly the same as the others. I had a target in mind and I knew I was going to achieve them, even though I had changed things up. I have a small hamstring tweak at the moment so I am staying away from cardio and squats until it's cleared up.

During today's session I certainly did not notice any dehydration and I kept an eye on my water consumption. I always drink around 0.5-1L per session and it remained the same.

Onwards and upwards, loving the trial.

Not really any point in updating this today. I finished night shift on Friday morning and trained this morning (Saturday). I had the most terrible sleep I think I have ever had on Friday evening but just went to train anyway. I didn't feel motivated at all, shouldn't have been there and got nowhere near as much done as what I would have liked.

Some decent rest tonight hopefully and back to it tommorow!

Well I got back to it today! I was still a bit annoyed with myself for not training hard enough on Friday so I had a think about what I wanted to accomplish today before I went to the gym. I had a 40 minute run on the treadmill @ 8.0 MPH which blew away some cobwebs from the weekend and helped stretch the legs a little.

I then went straight into a workout which I made up myself last night

    Inclince Dumbell Presses
    Bench Dumbbell Presses
    Decline Dumbbell Presses

All of these were at 3x8 reps with 25KG bell's before working to absolute failure with a 7.5KG bell directly after the third set. Felt absolutely brilliant after completing this so I went straight into some leg exercises with

Squats @ 80 KG for (3x8) then 30KG to failure
Standing Calf Raises @ 120KG (3x8) then 60KG to failure

My calves were on fire after this! I have some pictures as my friend was getting some photos of the trainers I was wearing for a field test I am doing for a footwear company. I went straight into some deadlifts to change things up and went for

Deadlifts @ 80KG (3x8) then 30KG to failure with Romanian deadlifts. Similarly to my calves, my rhomboids felt as if they were on fire, but in a good way. I finished off the session with a complete beating on the abs, too many to write down!

The FURY is helping me push through these tough sessions, of that I have no doubt. The "on fire" feeling that is generated when you start working out is undoubtedly promoted and maintained by the ingredients within the FURY. I hope that the effects continue and no tolerance level builds up as I am loving the progress that I am making so far.

    Until tommorow,
    Pete

Hello, I thought I would come on and add to the thread.

I trained under the FURY today and after having a monstrous weight conditioning class last night I decided that it would be a good day to do a good 5 mile, albeit on a treadmill run. I have trained quite a lot over the past few days but my muscles and general feeling was great when I took to the treadmill. I set it at 8.5 MPH, a decent pace in my opinion and didn't feel in any fatigue whatsoever and felt as if I could have ran for hours. Maybe that's just my brilliant cardio coming through........................................... ................

Regarding weights, I concentrated on working on parts of my body which I feel need a bit of development, in particular today I focused on biceps, chest and obliques. I didn't use any particular rep ranges/sets or weights I worked to failure and stopped when I felt I couldn't push it anymore.

I am more than pleased with the FURY and in conjunction with my current protein test and diet plan, I am feeling quite good! I have had some good comments about my lean build over the last couple of days, which is always nice. I am thinking of adding a fat burner to the equation for the month of December to see what results that can produce.

I hope everybody is still liking the product.

    Thanks,
    Pete

Back to the FURY again tonight after a truly boring work day. Usually drive the 3.5 miles to my gym but I was crying out for a run. Felt absolutely brilliant, I almost did not want to stop when I arrived at the gym as I felt as if I could have ran for a lot longer.

Straight into a completely varied leg workout. I am still sticking with my heavy for 3 sets, then light to failure. It is working really well for me, seeing great results and feeling good.

Loving the product, getting no side effects at all now after some headaches and dehydration initially. Might have some before strength and conditioning tommorow!

Back on to offer my final thoughts on Physical Edge FURY......

Overall, I felt that the product offered a different angle to the usual pre-workouts that are out there. Not only because it was in a capsule format, but because I felt it gave a "complete mental focus" when approaching training. I think I am one of the few who did not feel a massive, jittery, pumping feeling shortly after consumption. It is difficult to pin point and describe the physical feeling that I was receiving from the FURY. When I was describing it to my training partners I would always end up using the term "tunnel vision".

One positive thing I did notice about the FURY is that when it's taken prior to an extended cardio session, it can have outrageous results. I take part in boxing strength and conditioning classes, which can be brutal on the legs. The morning after the night before (boxing session) my legs were in real pain but I knew I had to get my cardio done. I took the FURY (recommended bottle dosage) dragged myself to the treadmill and tried to run through the pain. It worked and I could have ran all day if it wasn't for that damn work thing that we all have to do.

One negative thing about the FURY is that it is in a capsule format. I must admit that I do prefer to have a drink prior to training, however I am not sure if this is just because it's the way pre workout's have always been offered. I know that Physical Edge have RAMPAGE so they won't necessarily be turning FURY into a drink format.

I suppose that it is all about improving and staying ahead of the game and Physical Edge seem to have discovered a unique product in FURY. I think that once my bottle is finished, I'll be buying some, to keep hidden away for those cardio sessions!

    Thanks,
    Pete
